SunKissed Vacation Properties is intentionally small. Just eight rentals, all in Sandestin, all managed with care.
We take pride in offering clean, comfortable rentals in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, that we’d happily stay in ourselves. Whether you’re here for beach days, golf, shopping, or simply a break from everyday life, we focus on the little details that make your stay easy and welcoming.
We’re hands-on, responsive hosts and are always happy to share local tips or help with anything you need during your stay. Our goal is simple: we want you to feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to return.

We had a great experience. Will definitely be back to stay again. Jana is an excellent host. Very thoughtful — she left us some snacks by the door and also extra toiletries. She made sure we were prepared for check-in and navigating around the property, and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best hosts ever! Thank you, Jana!
